Samsung Mobiles Fest: Exchange offer on Galaxy C9 Pro, flat discount on Galaxy On Nxt and more
The three-day mobiles fest on Flipkart will end on April 13.
Flipkart is back with the fresh edition of its Samsung Mobiles Fest under which it offers lucrative discounts and exchange schemes on popular smartphones by the South Korean brand. The three-day sales period starts today, and features seven Samsung smartphones with flat discounts up to Rs 3,000, and exchange offers of up to Rs 16,000.
To begin with, there are four smartphones from the On series, including the Galaxy On8, Galaxy On Nxt, Galaxy On5, and the Galaxy On7. The Samsung Galaxy On8 with 3GB of RAM and 3,300mAh battery, is originally priced at Rs 15,900. However, under the Samsung Mobiles Fest, you can buy the smartphone at a flat discount of Rs 2,910 which brings down the cost to Rs 12,990. There is also an exchange offer available with the device, which could fetch you up to Rs 12,000 in discount. Before making the purchase, you can check for the maximum discount possible through exchange. To give an idea, the Xiaomi Mi 5 would get you up to Rs 6,720 in exchange for the new Samsung Galaxy On8, while the Nexus 6P will fetch you up to Rs 5,520 on exchange.

The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt is the only smartphone in the latest fest that is offered with a maximum flat discount. Originally priced at Rs 18,490, Flipkart is offering the smartphone at Rs 15,490 after flat Rs 3,000 discount. Available in Black and Gold color choices, the smartphone boasts a 5.5-inch full HD display, and expandable storage option of up to 256GB. In addition to a flat discount, Flipkart is also offering up to Rs 14,500 of exchange offer on the smartphone. Under the partner offer, Idea Cellular is offering extra 14GB data from with 1GB recharge.
Samsung Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 are also available at a discounted price. The Galaxy On5 is now available at Rs 7,490 after Rs 1,500 off and the Galaxy On7 is available at Rs 8,290 following a flat discount of Rs 700. There are exchange offers on both the smartphones; up to Rs 7,000 for the Galaxy On5 and up to Rs 7,500 for the Galaxy On7. There is an additional partner offer available on the Galaxy On7 under which Idea Cellular is offering extra 14GB data from with 1GB recharge.
The Samsung J5-6 (2016 edition) with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage is available at Rs 10,490 following a flat discount of Rs 2,800. You can further bring down the purchase cost of the smartphone by exchanging it with your older device. Flipkart is offering up to Rs 9,500 off on exchange which will further bring down the cost of Samsung J5-6. The smartphone is currently available in all three color choices of black, white, and gold.
Coming to the upper mid-range smartphones; the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro which boasts a 6-inch full HD display and a massive 5,000mAh battery is available at Rs 29,990 after a flat discount of Rs 2,590. Similar to other smartphones available under the fest, the Galaxy A9 Pro is also available with exchange offer of up to Rs 16,000. If you exchange an Apple iPhone 6s Plus, you can get up to Rs 12,800 as exchange discount. Interestingly, the Google Pixel will fetch you the whole exchange discount of Rs 16,000, in case you want to purchase the lower-specced but with bigger display Samsung A9 Pro. The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, on the other hand, is available at its original price of Rs 36,900, but Flipkart is offering up to Rs 16,000 on exchange. Yet again, the smartphones which will get you the complete discount is Google Pixel. Other smartphones which will get you decent exchange discounts for the Galaxy C9 Pro include the Moto Z which can be exchanged for up to Rs 12,840 off, LeEco LeMax 2 for up to Rs 5,520, and Honor 8 for up to Rs 5,400 off. There are also no cost EMIs available on the smartphone, which start at Rs 3,075 per month.
