Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

1. General Return Policy (Unopened Box)

We accept returns only for products that are unopened and in their original factory-sealed condition.

  • Window: Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

  • Verification: Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a physical inspection to verify the seals and serial numbers.

2. Exchange & Replacement Policy (Hardware Faults)

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the device has a hardware fault or functional defect, it is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • Direct Brand Replacement: In line with official brand policies, hardware faults must be verified at the Brand’s Authorized Service Center. If the service center confirms a manufacturing defect (DOA – Dead on Arrival), they will provide a replacement or repair as per the brand’s specific warranty terms.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

An item will not be eligible for return or refund if:

  • The manufacturer’s packaging/seal has been opened or tampered with.

  • The product has been used, activated, or software has been installed.

  • The 5-day return window has expired.

  • The item is physically damaged due to customer mishandling.

4. Shipping Damages

In the rare event that your package arrives physically damaged, please:
